Return Policy 

We want you to be happy with your purchases!  If you are not satisfied we are happy to offer you store credit within 14 days of the delivery date (according to your tracking number)To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and in the original, unwashed condition that you received it. It also must have all applicable tags still attached. 

Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges at this time. Styles are selling out quick so we cannot promise that the exact style will still be in stock. 

Damaged/Defected Item(s): Damaged or defected item(s) must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your item(s). Please report damaged/defected item(s) by emailing us at contact@shopkimberlys.com within this timeframe.

Sale Items: All sale items are final sale 

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or defected upon receipt and we were contacted within the 72 hours.

Include your packing slip with your return (if possible). You MUST obtain a return authorization number (RNA) before shipping us your return. To obtain a return authorization number (RNA) follow the following instructions:

  1. Enter your order number and email address and click: Start a Return
  2. Follow the instructions on the screen and specify which item you are returning 
  3. You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines

Processing Return

All returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving them.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you if your return is approved or rejected. If approved, we will email you a gift card in the amount of your item(s) at the time of purchase. Kimberlys Boutique will not refund sales tax or shipping costs.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Kimberlys Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit please contact USPS directly to get more information.
